Returns and Exchanges Policy
At NaturaVera, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), certain hygiene rules apply to our return processes.
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product. Requests exceeding 14 days, unfortunately, cannot be processed.
2. Return Conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of products that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted:

Unopened Packaging: The protective packaging/seal of soaps, bath crystals, or oils must not be opened.

Unused Product: Products that have been tried, tested, or whose physical structure has been altered cannot be returned.

Original Package: The product must be sent with its original box and invoice (or order number) as it was delivered to you.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product was damaged in transit or you received an incorrect product, please send a message with photos of the product to info@naturaveracosmetic.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. In this case, the costs of exchange or full refund are covered by us.
4. Return Process and Refund

Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product to the address provided to you.

Shipping Fee: For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. (Except for defective products).

Once the product reaches us and is inspected, if your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card/debit card) within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Products

Customized sets.

Products purchased from the discounted or "Last Chance" categories.

All cosmetic and bath products with opened packaging/seals.
