Shipping and Delivery

At NaturaVera, we prioritize the safe and swift delivery of our handcrafted natural products to you.

1. Preparation Time

As most of our products are prepared with fresh ingredients and through boutique production, your orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days after confirmation. This period may vary during special campaign periods due to high demand.

2. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

  • Within Turkey: Shipping is free for purchases of 80 GEL and above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

  • Within Georgia: Shipping is free for purchases of 80 GEL and above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

  • International Shipping: For international shipments, the shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for packages handed over to the cargo company:

  • Turkey and Georgia: 1-4 Business Days

  • Europe: 5-10 Business Days

  • America and Other Countries: 7-14 Business Days (Customs procedures may rarely affect these times).


4. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a Shipping Tracking Number. You can track the status of your package using this number on the respective cargo company's website.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, any potential customs duties and fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. NaturaVera cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
